“Quite nervous about my visit — dentists aren't everyone's favourite place to have to go to. Have to say, the staff are absolutely lovely there, so friendly & easy to talk to. Jacqueline has always been so friendly on the phone, so it was lovely to put a face to the voice. Really lovely lady. My dentist, Dr Imtiaz Mohammad had explained absolutely everything about the implants I needed, initially face to face, then with follow up emails. I knew I could just call if I was unsure about anything or if I had a question. Had the first part of my treatment yesterday, Vanessa was fab, dead down to earth & again, really friendly. Treatment was pain free, obviously a bit of discomfort later in the evening, but knew there would be.”

“I filled out an enquiry form on Saturday evening, and had a reply first thing on Monday. Was able to offer me an appointment the next day. Vanessa was wonderful to talk to and was very accommodating to me when asked if I could have treatment for my lost filling on my front tooth on the same day as my checkup. The dentist, Imtiaz and his nurse Anna were both fabulous and such a good team. We had a nice conversation throughout my appointment and although I did not feel rushed at all, the appointment for my treatment was quick, kept to appointment time and I felt like they really listened to me and what I wanted. They gave me a mock-up of what my tooth would look like first and checked I was happy with shade and shape and then proceeded with treatment. Imtiaz spoke to both his nurse, and myself in a calm, gentle and professional manner and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend; and although I have a regular dentist elsewhere, would happily return :)”

“Before coming here my teeth were quite crooked and jagged, I had not been to the dentist in several years and my teeth were pushing together and began chipping. I had my teeth straightened using Invisalign, Najam and Reema did an excellent job, they were always very kind and professional despite my teeth being in quite bad shape they were never patronising and I really felt cared for here. Najam was informative and it was obvious she cares so much about the work she does. The only thing I had reservations about was the aligners themselves, I was unaware of the process that went into them (i.e. needing attachments) and I felt the aligners wore out considerably over time. Even still I would recommend using Invisalign as the results exceeded my expectations as did Najam and Reema. I feel as though they did more than just straighten my teeth, they made me more confident in myself.”
