Our Liverpool Practice
Considered dentistry in the heart of Liverpool
Set on the historic Rodney Street, moments from Liverpool Cathedral, our practice was created to feel less like a clinic and more like a sanctuary. We believe a visit to the dentist should leave you feeling looked after — not rushed, anxious or uncertain. From your first consultation through to the smallest restoration, every detail is designed around your comfort.
We are proud to serve patients from across Liverpool — from the terraces of Toxteth and Wavertree to the suburbs of Sefton Park, Allerton and Woolton, and out to Crosby and Formby on the coast — offering private dentistry that balances clinical excellence with genuine warmth.
More about the practiceTreatments
Private dental care for every need
Whether you are seeking a trusted hygienist in Liverpool, a complete smile restoration or discreet cosmetic refinement, our clinicians offer a full range of private treatments under one roof.
Dental Implants
From single crowns to full-arch implant restoration, our restorative work is guided by biological integrity and an artist's eye for proportion. We rebuild smiles that feel entirely your own.
- Single Tooth Dental Implant — A permanent, natural-looking replacement for a single missing tooth — from consultation to final crown.
- Bridge on Implants — Permanent solution for a row of missing teeth.
- Full-Mouth Implants — If you are missing most or all teeth in an arch, All-on-4 and All-on-6 are fixed, implant-supported bridge options that can replace a full set of teeth without removable dentures. All-on-4 uses four dental implants per arch: two placed vertically at the front and two tilted at the back to use available bone and often avoid grafting. This can mean a shorter procedure, lower cost, and the possibility of “teeth in a day” with a temporary bridge fitted on the same day. All-on-6 uses six implants spread across the arch, giving more support points and better distribution of biting forces. It is often preferred for patients with strong bite forces, grinding habits, or when maximum long-term stability is desired, especially in the upper jaw. Both options involve a scan (CBCT), implant placement (with or without extractions), and a screw-retained bridge. A temporary bridge may be fitted immediately if the implants are stable enough; a final bridge is made after healing. Success rates are high in well-selected cases, but lifelong cleaning and regular maintenance are essential. Your dentist will recommend All-on-4 or All-on-6 based on your bone, bite, health, and goals.
Invisalign®
The most sophisticated dentistry is the kind you never need. Our preventive philosophy keeps teeth, gums and bite in quiet equilibrium — so problems are caught before they begin.
- Aligners & Braces — Considering Invisalign to straighten your teeth? You're not alone. Clear aligners have become one of the most popular orthodontic treatments in the UK. Whether you want to straighten crowded teeth, close a gap in your teeth, or correct a bad bite, the overall goal of braces and Invisalign clear aligners is the same: to bring your teeth into better alignment. Straighter teeth not only help you feel more confident but are also easier to care for in the longer term. In more severe cases, orthodontic work can also improve speech and reduce problems like teeth grinding. All orthodontic treatment works by applying pressure to teeth to gradually move them.
Aesthetic Enhancement
We enhance what is already beautiful — never imposing a generic ideal. Aesthetic dentistry at Rodney Street Dental is understated, natural, and always in service of your overall oral health.
- Tooth Whitening — Bespoke take-home and in-chair whitening systems.
- Composite Bonding — Sculpted, conservative repairs for chips and wear.
- Porcelain Veneers — Ultra-thin, minimally invasive smile refinement.
- Invisalign & Aligners — Discreet orthodontics for gently straightened teeth.
- Smile Design — A collaborative, previewed plan before anything begins.
Comfort & Sedation
Dental anxiety is common and entirely respected here. Our environment, pacing and sedation options are designed to make every visit feel safe, unhurried and entirely in your control.
- Anxious Patient Pathway — Dedicated longer appointments with no judgement.
- Conscious Sedation — Safe, monitored relaxation for complex procedures.
- Pain-Free Techniques — The Wand — computer-controlled, comfortable anaesthesia.
- Sensory Considerations — Quiet rooms, weighted blankets and calming ambience.
General Dentistry
Reliable, thorough general dentistry forms the foundation of lasting oral health — from routine hygiene to family care and jaw comfort.
- Hygiene & Air Polishing — Gentle, stain-free cleaning tailored to your gum health.
- Bite & Jaw Assessment — Early intervention for clenching, grinding and TMJ comfort.
- Family & Child Care — Calm, encouraging first visits that build lifelong trust.
